WARRANTY INSPECTIONS

This is a full general home inspection to help home owners provide a list of any issues, problems or defects with workmanship or materials so that they can be corrected or repaired before the standard 1 year warranty expires.

Generally, new construction homes have a one year builder’s warranty that covers all of the permanent parts of the home. Consult your builder for more details/specifics.
